Saphir Gentle Cleanser for smooth leather 125ml

Our Cleanser is a gentle cleaner to remove daily soiling and excess wax build up on smooth leather.

It prepares the leather by opening its pores and enabling it to absorb nourishing ingredients of creams and polishes from the rest of the Saphir Medaille d'Or range. 

It preserves the patina and the base of the glazes, making it easy to obtain a new glaze.

Its use is particularly recommended for those who regularly maintain their leather goods and shoes since it preserves the patinas and the base of a mirror shine. This makes it easy to create a new mirror shine.

The addition of Montan wax prepares the pores of the leather to absorb pastes, creams or the Médaille D’or maintenance lotions.

The Cleanser is suitable for smooth leather, oiled leather, oiled nubuck or cordovan leather.

Effective for cleaning sneakers and the sides of white rubber soles.

Ensure all dirt and dust is removed from the shoes. Buff shoes with a brush. For a more in-depth clean, use Saphir Médaille d’Or's Reno Cleaner or Renomat

Shake the bottle.

Apply the Cleanser sparingly using a cotton cloth. Massage into the leather in a circular motion.

Leave it to dry for 15 min.

Once the product has been applied, simply buff the goods with a cotton cloth.

Its highly innovative formula has two phases that should be mixed imperatively. When applying the Cleanser, it is necessary to use the cotton cloth, ensuring the cleanliness of the material during each new application, to not stain the leather with a dirty cloth.

Order Dispatch Times

  • All orders made before 3pm will be dispatched same working day. (Subject to stock)
  • All orders made after 3pm will be dispatched next working day. (Subject to stock)
  • Any order items not in stock will be dispatched within one working day on a next working day delivery. For this reason we ask that customers allow up to 48hours before contacting us regarding an order.

Order Tracking

  • After you complete your checkout you will be sent to the Order Confirmation page. This will show you the status of your order. Return to this page or the order status page for regular updates.
  • If you want instant updates on your order you can provide a mobile number in the checkout process to receive SMS updates when your order completes various stages of its journey.

The order status page updates in real time as the status of the shipment changes. This page is accessible in your Shoe Healer Account.
Possible statuses are:

  • Confirmed - Your order is confirmed.
  • On its way - Your order has been fulfilled. Shipment is in transit.

  • Out for delivery - Shipment has arrived at the local area depot. It will be with you soon.
  • Delivered - Your order has been delivered.
  • Attempted delivery - The carrier has attempted to deliver to your provided delivery address but was unsuccessful.

  • If for any reason you are not happy with your order when it arrives, you may return it within 28 days from the time of purchase.
  • If an item is returned within the 28 days the buyer is entitled to a full refund excluding any additional postage charges.

Exchange

  • If any of your items are a colour or size which you are not happy with you can exchange your item/s within 28 days from the time of purchase.
  • Your new product/s will be dispatched within 1 working day from the time we receive your exchanged item/s.
Please Note: Shoes cannot be accepted if they have been worn.

All returns and items for exchange are returned to us at the cost of the buyer. We also ask that the buyer return the items in their original packaging and boxed as safely and securely as possible. The returns process is at the buyers own risk. In the interest of security we recommend that the buyer retain their proof of postage until the returns process is complete.
