Antony Frith

Antony has been in the shoe repair business since he left school. To date he has over 35 years of experience in shoe repairs and many years before that working alongside his father, the late David Frith. David was renowned for his problem solving and for going the extra mile and in turn was taught the trade by his Uncle, Roy Clarke, himself a master cobbler for over 50 years. The art of shoe repairing is absolutely in the blood. It’s a true family business with generations of knowledge and whole lot of family pride.
Ann Frith
Co-Founder/Sales
Ann is co-founder of the Shoe Healer and has always worked alongside Antony. Ann is responsible for sales, administration and generally keeping the shop and Antony running on a daily basis! She is the heartbeat of the company, bringing together the repairing team, the sales and the website all behind the scenes to create the marvellous business you see today.
Paul Taylor
Master Cobbler
Paul has worked alongside Antony from being a young boy. Paul was also trained by David, Antony’s father and is a respected master cobbler. Antony and Paul share vivid and fond memories of their “apprenticeship” with David. We will definitely be adding some of those to our new blog! Paul is renown for not only his shoe repairs but also for his amazing modifications. His talent is closely followed by our Facebook audience who love to see his work.
Glen Hardy
Sales
Glen is the newest addition to the Shoe Healer family. With over 20 years experience selling the highest quality shoes at Jones Bootmaker. Formally of the Secret Shoe Box in Sheffield, Glen is great addition to the sales team, bringing his ideas and experience to the team.
A family business from the very beginning. Three generations of skilled craftsmanship.
We are overjoyed to be selling the shoes we've always repaired.
