Returns or Exchange
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return them to us within 28 days.
If you return within 28 days you may choose between a full refund or an exchange. A full refund would not include the cost of postage. The cost of return is paid by the customer.
- Goods are returned at your own expense, and we recommend that you retain proof of postage until your exchange or refund has been processed by our store.
- It is very important that returned shoes are in a saleable condition. When trying shoes on, please do not crease the upper, or scratch the polished finish on leather soles.
- We recommend only trying shoes on Soft Carpet, and not Hard Flooring.
- Products showing any kind of wear or damage may not be accepted as a Return.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, please return your purchase for a store credit, a credit refund, or an exchange. (see below for details)
Unworn and undamaged merchandise may be returned in its original box within 14 days of the date of delivery. The original invoice must accompany the return along with the Return form that came with your order. Follow the following procedures to return an item:
- Fill out the Return form that came with your order. Be sure to complete all fields: Your name, order number, items you are returning, reason for return, and style #, color and size of any items you wish to exchange for.
- Enclose the Return form with your return items and be sure to send back the shoes in their original shoebox. Place the shoebox in a shipping box. Ship the package back to us with UPS, FedEx or the United States Post Office, and be sure to insure the package for the value of the items enclosed. We are not responsible for lost items, so be sure to get a tracking number.
- Send package to C & E Fashions, Inc. 839 South Los Angeles Street Los Angeles, CA. 90014 Refunds are processed within approximately 3 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase, less the shipping. Refund times will depend on the credit card company's policies. Merchandise received more than 14 days after the date of delivery will not be eligible for a return. Worn or damaged merchandise will not be eligible for a return.
- You are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to C & E Fashions. We will ship your replacement items at no additional cost.
- Please Note: Shoes not returned in their original box will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Please Note: Items returned after 14 days of date of delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Items which are marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for Return.
- Please Note: Special Orders are not eligible for Return.
- Please Note: Shoes purchased on Layaway are not eligible for Return.

Please enclose with your parcel, your Contact Details to include Email address, Telephone Number and The Address we delivered your parcel to. Please also include your Order Number if you have one.
If an Exchange is required, depending on the value of the goods we may pay Shipping for the replacement pair.
Important - You should contact us via Email or Telephone before returning any goods.
All Goods being returned from outside the EU must have the parcel clearly marked as 'RETURNING UNSUITABLE GOODS TO SENDER'.
Failure to do this may result in import duties which we may hold you liable for.
